If I upgrade will I still get my trial?

Yes! Your first charge won't happen until your trial has finished. Upgrade to ensure no disruption to scheduled messages.

What goes in to the cost of subscription?

Slack regularly updates it's API with new features and security requirements. You subscription helps ensure we can maintain the app with updates, and build in new features. It also ensures we can support you and your team with any messaging concerns.

Do you have a trial?

Yes each workspace has a 7 day free trial.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes! Please send us a message with a bit about your team and we're happy to work out a plan that works for you. We offer discounts for charities, teachers, great causes. We're always interested

Do I have to pay for every user?

No, you only pay for the plan you are in. No per user pricing.

Do you suit large teams?

Yes we work with many teams that have over a thousand team members in their workspace.

Do you offer annual plans?

Do you provide an invoice?

Yes you will have a fully itemised invoice each billing period.

Can I change or cancel my subscription?

Yes you can cancel your subscription through your customer portal

How do I pick the 10 people for my Personal plan?

We use a first come first serve basis. Once you hit >10 people, we'll reach out to upgrade you to the Team plan.

What if my company has multiple Slack workspaces?

Our pricing is per workspace, so you'll need a subscription for each Slack workspace. But we're happy to organise a discount for you! Just reach out to help@slackcheduler.com
